1 How do I pay my rent online?
Use the Quick Pay section without logging in — just enter your invoice number or tenant code. Or log in to the tenant portal for complete payment history.
2 How do I get my login credentials?
When your tenancy is approved, credentials are sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Your default username is your mobile number.
3 I forgot my password. What should I do?
Contact the KTDFC office or your property manager to reset your password. A temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile.
4 How do I raise a complaint?
Log in and go to Complaints. Submit a complaint, attach photos, and track resolution status in real-time.
5 What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, Net Banking (NEFT), Debit/Credit Cards for online payments. Cash and Cheque can be made at the KTDFC office.
6 How do I view my lease agreement?
Log in and go to the Agreements section to view all active and past lease agreements.
